<p>Here are some interesting statistics for the Real Estate market in Battle Ground, Wasington covering July &#8211; Oct. 13th 2007.   </p>
<p>These statistics were based on a price range of $100,000 &#8211; $500,000</p>
<p>This chart should be helpful to home sellers that want to understand how long it will take to sell their home in today&#8217;s market environment.  Of course, this is only used as a guideline.  So, many factors are considered when determining what price to list your home for sale.  </p>
<p>On one hand a seller may want to list a home higher than others that are comparable listings because of a pool, new countertops, various upgrades, etc&#8230; that the nearest comparables do not have..  But, also keep in mind that the comparables are not selling quickly and may be considering doing a price reduction in order to make their home price more attractive than their neighbors.  So, if that is the case than listing at the average listing price might make better since because your home would have more value compared to the other homes at the same price &#8211; increasing your change of a sale..  It&#8217;s not all that cut and dry either because your home may be near a school that the home buyer wants to be near or have views and so many other factors that could influence a buying decision.</p>
<p>Bottom line: this is why expert advise from a real estate professional is suggested when selecting the proper price to list your home at.</p>
