    Not for me but, if I had a client at their last days before foreclosure, in New Jersey, do you buy deeds.

    Early 1900’s built farmhouse mostly original. Remodeled bathroom and hall to include popular wainscoting, a jet tub and original Built-ins cabinets. Partially finished basement. Original hardwoods and ceramic tile floors. Needs TLC and kitchen update. House sits to one side of a dividable 9600 sq ft double lot.

    Recent neighborhood development has allowed permits for multi-famiiy dwellings to be built on lots the size of our vacant lot.

    Property records are outdated, stating the house is only 900 square feet, but development over the years have built the house up to almost double that.

    Only interested in selling as property as one unit leaving division of lots, or demo house and use property for larger multi-family dwelling up to the buyer. How much money you profit will be up to you!

    Seller will entertain all reasonable offers!
