Hi, I am looking for someone as well, we are 3 months behind and don’t have a foreclosure yet…but it is emininent I think. We are in Vancouver Washington…and although we hear about the modification all the time on the news we also hear of “beware of the scamming companies”. When will this nightmare ever end! We have no idea who to contact that is reliable in our area. We tried to lookup washington state realtors, which was announced on the news but, unfortunately we were unable to find anything that related to the modification program. Please let me know if you have found a reputable company to deal with…thanks and good luck to you on your quest.

We have received the foreclosure notice of sale. I need to know what agencies are providing loan modification services. At this time it appears that no one know what I am talking about and the banks are not advertising loan modification services. Please could you tell me what agencies/banks in Kitsap County, Wa are working with these matters. Thank you for your assistance.
