My husband and I lost our business last year and had to file bankrupcy in May of 08. Our Mortgage has an ARM on it and the payment just increased 300.00 a month. We are having a very difficult time making the payment. I have a 2nd on the home as well. Total payment on the home is 1750.00 @ month…. Taxes and insurace run me 184.00 a month… bringing total to $1934.00 a month. My 1st is w/ Citi Mortgage, the 2nd is w/ Bank of America. How do I get started…. I have not missed a payment yet, but I have been @ least 15 days late…. Please help me…. I don’t want to loose out home of 15 years…..
